Well, sort of.We have very tight quarters with very little space, being in an RV and all, but you needed a better place to do your work than at the dinner table.
Besides, sometimes you needed to do "research" on the 'puter, and some of your textbooks are online, and you needed an extension of the side table that was already there, for writing on.
ALSO, we had just bought you your first desk/table/study lamp a few days ago for study purposes as well.
Amazon tells us it will take only one day for this to get here, so, Hurray!
