Play Doh in School

When you get to use play doh for school, it makes the day just that little bit brighter.

G4 W 11 Mini Jack-O-Lantern

You wanted to make a mini Jack-O-Lantern and so we got a little squash at HEB and carved him when we came home!

We had some little LED flickering Halloween lights from last year, and that was PERFECT for the little fella :)

I had to stick some toothpicks under him so he wouldn't roll onto his face each time, though. :D

I think the problem with me is that I am an adult.

Adults have less imagination, adults are just a little too careful about coloring in the lines and having things just right.

YOU on the other hand, have the wondrous imagination of a child, the imprecise motor skills which can be a delight, and the abilility to NOT need to do things entirely perfectly.

Worms!!!!

It was very lucky that the few days before we had to do this activity, that there was rains.  The worms were super active........

You didn't really care to touch those wriggly critters but I kept urging you to do so.. hehe.. eventually, you kind of "petted" one, and resumed prodding them gently with a twig. :)
