Ground Turkey Empanadas, Chili Dog, Rice with Curried Tofu and Potatoes, Spaghetti and salad with jello.

A Boy and Sunflowers

Here you are, dressed in clothes that are more than a tad too small, and a hat that is a challenge to stay on with all that poofy hair, in front of the crop of Sunflowers that have sprung up in the yard :)

I still think the Sunflowers pale in comparison with the bright and sunny, lovely boy we have here :)

Let's see. Deconstructed Shepherd's Pie, Rice with Shredded Chicken and Corn, Green Enchiladas, Rotini with Salmon Croquettes, Chicken Won Tons with Singapore Mai Fun, Turkey Burger.

Throwback

You haven't played with your Magna Toys in a while, so it was surprising to see that you had pulled them out and made something. :) Ah, my heart. 

It hurts so, but in a good way, when I see something that reminds me of when you were little, that you played with over and over and over. But now that you are getting on the verge of Teendom, you are putting those aside more and more. How do parents deal with such overwhelming emotions?!?!?
