"Big Salad", Singapore Maifun with Chicken and Potato Curry, Pinto Beans with Smoked Turkey and Corn Bread, Chicken Cacciatore with Rice, Shells with Chicken, Chili Dogs, Cilantro Lime Rice with Salmon Patties.

Finally, a Haircut

If it were up to me, I would be giving you a  haircut every month. 

Alas, you are definitely allowed to have some control over your hair and so I should count myself lucky I get to give you a haircut once every FEW months.

Learning the Ropes

Well, maybe just as far as putting a space heater together.

It was a fairly straightforward and easy job, but you still felt a lot of pride at assembling it all by yourself. :)

All this to get ready for a COLD COLD spell that is coming up.

I made Tamales! You and daddy loved them, so I made some more! 

Stir Fried Noodles with 5 Spice Potatoes and ground turkey, Tamales with Spanish Rice and Refried Black Bean, Chai Tow Kueh, Ravioli and Salad, Buffalo Drumsticks, Chicken Cacciatori-ish, and Fish Fillets with Cilantro Lime Rice and Black Eyed Peas.
