I am often unwilling to pay inflated big bucks for Commercial STUFF sometimes.
I believe we can have equally as much fun with things we already have in the house, instead of getting some Designer Kit of PreShaped Baked Goods, Designer Candy and Designer Prepared Royal Icing.

We also had a bunch of Candy leftover from Halloween, so it was a good time to get rid of put them to good use.
You were very immersed in your work of building houses of different sizes and shapes.
I made the icing a little bit too runny at first and did nothing to hold the Graham Crackers together, but once we got the consistency right, there was no stopping us.
Plus you got to read the Sunday Funnies as you worked on your pieces.
Pretty soon, we had a few A Frame houses, some Adobes and even An Outhouse!
I am so blessed to have a little boy who is always so Thankful and Grateful, and who Delights in the little things, and doesn't need or want Extravagance to be Joyful and Fulfilled :)
