Making Oatmeal Cookies

Whenever there is a "baking event" that I know is safe enough for you to participate in, I always rope you in.

You love to be handy and be Momma's little helper, and learn new skills.

I have learned to let you do just a little bit more each time.  This time, you even put the trays in the preheated oven!

If you look over at the main blog, we did do several things this week.  We had a picnic in the park, took a short trip to Colorado, and I opened up my computer to replace its CMOS battery.

It is never uneventful with you around, little boy :)

A Boy in a Walmart Cart

You and daddy love sourdough bread - especially sourdough garlic bread - and so when a bunch of them went on clearance, daddy decided to buy the whole lot to freeze.

Tossing some Baseballs

I was really bad at throwing them to you, but you were a good sport, and didn't mind picking up every other ball that was tossed at/to you :D

You were pretty good at hitting them, even if we were a little out of practice, and we lost a ball down a ?gopher hole in the rose flower bed.
