Mac and Cheese with Corn Dogs, Fried Rice with Chicken and Baked Beans,  Some sort of Chicken Salad Sandwich or something with peas, Spaghetti with Garlic Bread, Chicken drumstick with Cilantro Lime Rice and Mixed Veg, Penne Pasta with ??I forget, and BBQ Shredded Chicken on Baked Potatoes with Spinach Dip.

In this week's edition, there's actually a photo in the collage from the actual dinner. Cheating, I know :)

Let's see. Chicken Sandwich with Beans, Fried Rice, Wings 2 ways, Green Enchiladas, Chili Dog, Red Beans and Rice with Baked Apple.

A Snowy Day Continued!

More snowmen were built the next day. :)

It was a bright and shiny day out, and still cold enough for there to be plenty of snow for MORE SNOWMEN!!! With Fezes!!! ( "Fezes are Cool")

Jaxon Loves Snow

How can you not? We don't get it very often here in these here parts of Texas. 

This one, though, brought QUITE a bit of snow with it - 5" to 7" to be exact.

You had a glorious time outside playing - making snow angels and snow men, and generally marveling at the world around us :)

The Injured Toenail

Your poor toenail has been stubbed one time too many, and looks like the nail is probably going to come off.

We clipped of the part that was partly dangly and separated from the bed, and in danger of getting snagged.

A short internet search showed that if the nail was lost, it might take up to 18 months for a new one to grow in!
