Kanoodling!

You have been playing quite a bit with the Kanoodle Toy that we got you for your birthday. I'm glad you love the mind teaser game. We will have to get you the others in the series at a later date :)

Happy 12th Birthday, "Little Boy"!

You're not so little anymore though...you're actually taller than I am now. I suspect I may have to let that term of endearment go very soon. :((((

You have also grown to be such a sweet, kind and funny young man.  It would seem you do not have a single malicious bone in your body. 

You wanted a Minecraft Cake, and I wasn't all too creative this time, and cheated some, using your little figurines :)  You still thought it was great, nevertheless.

Let's see.. we got you Minecraft proper on the PC, a few Roblox gift cards, a Kanoodle game, some Chapteh to kick around with me, and a pair of "assisted" chopsticks to replace the old Pororo one that had broken some time back. :)

Daddy and I are bundled up on our walk and you are braving the elements without a jacket because you can hardly feel it! How nice to be young and invincible again :)

Lesseeee...... Fried Rice? Pasta with Salmon and Broccoli, Chili Dogs, Green Enchiladas, Rice, Curry and Bao, Stuffed Shells with salad.

At the Home Drive In

I have a Lenovo tablet that has a projector function, and you have been asking to watch a movie or tv episode out under the stars. 

We found a night which wasn't too cold and watched an episode of Supergirl :)

Let's see. Fettucine with meatballs and a ?scone, ramen with corn and potatoes ( I suspect that this was a cajun shrimp thingy where all the shrimp got eaten at dinner ), fried rice with lima beans and potatoes, red beans and rice, meatloaf and more lima beans, chicken drumsticks and bourbon street chicken with sweet potato.

Wow, you had ramen 3 times this week. What was I thinking?!

 

The Wuss

The Wuss hasn't been well for a while now, but Daddy still takes care of him diligently.  He doesn't have much longer now, and so we decided to bring him out for a little trek around the place in the wagon, on his big comfy dog pillow.
