about the Original Americans / Native Americans.

We did a few Native American crafts this week. The first was a Wampum, a belt made of shells/beads. We didn't have any shells or beads, so we used a template I found online, and we colored them in like beads/shells.

For Science, we talked about our environment and acid rain, as well as chemical weathering, and we did the old "Vinegar and Boiled Egg" experiment.

You loved seeing how the egg shell started bubbling and over the course of the day, slowly disintegrate until there wasn't much brown left.
